I accept that the spotty teenager could fit something like this made up of bits bought via the internet, but what we offer a guaranteed supply & fit of a quality italian made tracker that is fitted to quality cars, and monitored by our call centre in York, 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. We guarantee our product for a full 5 years, and have agreement from the UK Police Federation around the procedures for stopping a vehicle - its dangerous and illegal to fit something that can stop a vehicle at over 10 miles an hour. I wouldn't want to have my car engine immobilised when it was doing 70 (ish!) miles an hour! Look at the major players in this market - Tracker, i-mob, cobratrak5, etc and you'll see that none of them do engine de-activation, only us.
