In reply, I think what Dan was referring to was the types of 'undesirable' buying such cars. At one time, people behind the wheel of stylish motors such as Jags and Astons were cool - now you're just as likely to see a footballer opening the door. At the end of the day though, few marques can choose their customer (though I know Bristol did until not too long ago).

Man i would love to have that tour too.

Thanks for the article MrB

But Dan i agree with you - awesome. Is the mid-price thing the same as with jaguar? If we see cheap Astons all over the place, like Jags and Jag police-cars, that must kill the brand.

Keep up the good work

An awsome car, very special indeed and a great example of a British car brand doing what British car brands should be doing... setting benchmarks.

I do wonder if the Brand however falls over in consideration to the cost of ownership and how there is a felling that current social trends are making what was a more subtle high-end sports car appear like a crude statement.

I was talking with a previous owner who said he loved the car but the first services was the price of a new mid range family car.

Still, I would certainly love to have one, i'm just not sure if i'd tell anyone!
