Yes, that’s probably the longest title on the blog, but the above is also one of the best supertests I’ve ever seen. Great job done by Autocar on this one and I must say that I’m extremely jealous. Perhaps most impressive is the sheer monstrous performance of the Bugatti Veyron. It makes even the mighty Audi R8 seem rather slow in comparison, which is frankly insane.
Which would I have from the group? Well I think it would have to be the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera. Whilst Autocar doesn’t really rate it as much here, there’s something about the Lamborghini shape that just gives me a thrill. Not as much as the Reventon mind you… Which is a very special thing indeed.

November 2, 2009 at 12:47 pmJust watched the video and was about to say that they were a bit daft to say on video they were doing 120mph, then I realised they were on the right (wrong) side of the road so could well of been on a German Autobahn.
Have to agree with Mr Butterscotch, the Lamborghini Gallardo for me is just brilliant and would be my choice, the sounds, the looks are just brilliant.
Having driven both a Gallardo and R8 on a track they are very similar cars like was hinted at in the video but the Gallardo does it all just better and give syou a far bigger smile on your face at the end of the drive. The R8 is slightly more grown up feeling and refined, the Gallardo is the boy hood dream car that gets you excited and heart beating!
