GEM Motoring Assist has for the third time in four years hit the top spot in the Auto Express Driver Power Survey for Breakdown Cover, proving that its small and friendly service consistently impresses its customers over those of the major operators including the RAC, AA and Green Flag.
The survey of over 20,000 readers compares responses to criteria including service, friendliness, value-for-money and general presentation, with GEM coming out top in all but one category. Its overall satisfaction rating of 89.97% in the survey is the highest score that GEM has achieved to date and makes it officially the best breakdown firm on the market according to Auto Express.
