The Peugeot 208 GTi was announced recently for 2013. However, if you want to be that little bit more special, this ‘limited edition’ should offer something for you. With only 29 cars available, this really is a choice little number.
Each car will be individually numbered, visually exclusive and specified to a high standard with Satellite Navigation and, for the first time on a Peugeot ? Digital Radio (DAB). All cars will also feature a Union Jack flag on the lower grille, signifying the importance of the GTi badge to the UK.
This range topping GTi model will be numbered from 01 to 29, and will come with exclusive satin pearlescent white paint and 17” ‘Carbon’ Onyx Black Alloys.
Full specification details and further images of the 208 GTi Limited Edition will be revealed to the public on www.peugeot.co.uk, on Thursday 27th September 2012.
Production of this GTi is scheduled for April 2013 and these cars will be available for hand-over to customers ahead of the 208 GTi official launch date in late May.
Want one? Yes please. I’m sure that the 208 GTi will be a return to form for Peugeot after some slightly disappointing warm hatches recently. The fact that there will only be 29 of this limited edition will ensure rarity and will keep even residuals high.
The limited edition will cost £20,495 OTR.
