Agree with Clarkson. The Ford Mondeo is a superb car and it really has found a home in the UK. May have faded out recently but with this new model I’m sure we’ll see another flourish of this great Ford model in the UK in the near future.
i am shocked at the mpg figures i see quoted for the mondeo on various sites. i drive mine c250 miles a day for the ambulance service, and, ok, so it’s a diesel, but i normally get 68-70 mpg. i know the display is about right because i know how much i put in the tank. it is not what you drive, but how you drive it.
