January 9, 2012 by Mr Butterscotch Leave a Comment

It’s a MINI New Year quiz – so it’s only got one question! When Prime Minister David Cameron drove the two millionth MINI off of the production line at Plant Oxford in August last year, how far would all of those cars stretch if placed bumper to bumper? That production landmark was just one of […]

October 11, 2011 by Mr Butterscotch Leave a Comment

Sometimes, you’ll just think “Damn, I want his/her job!”. This video demonstrates this thought particularly well as Henry Catchpole of EVO drives the frankly incredible MINI Countryman WRC car. Just look at that thing drift! I’m not sure of the colour scheme but other than that it looks like one hell of a ride.

September 17, 2011 by Mr Butterscotch 1 Comment

Spanish driver Daniel “Dani” Sordo will be joining the MINI team when the 2011 WRC season starts, joining the always affable Kris Meeke (who just happens to be our best hope from GB at the moment). “There has been a great deal of excitement surrounding MINI’s return to the WRC, so to be part of […]

MINI Countryman

Here’s the latest from MINI on their newest car, the Countryman. Sure to be a success, the new MINI is now ubiquitous on UK roads and I can vouch for the popularity – a street only a couple of hundred metres from my house has 4 MINIs! The Countryman is the largest in the MINI […]

MINI Beachcomber Concept

December 22, 2009 by Mr Butterscotch Leave a Comment

Here’s a great new video from Autocar – it’s an interview with the designer of the new MINI Beachcomber concept.
