The BMW M5 needs no introduction. It is a sublime performance car that is truly capable of offering grand touring ability before the term was used for a load of cars that don’t meet the moniker. This car will take you to the shops or the school run. This car will also terrify you with outright performance figures.
This E60 car was launched in 2004 and met with rave reviews. Mat reviews this 2005 model (video courtesy of carwow) to see just what made this car so special. In a nutshell, it had an absolute peach of an engine. Worth a look if you have a spare £12,000 to get a good one. Fuel economy might be a tad *cough* high but you’ll find this car very easy to live with.
