Following its special launch sale in March, specialist auction house CCA will return to the world famous Silverstone race circuit for its second sale on 21st April 2015.
More than 70 cars will be on offer and among the impressive lot list is a 1976 Porsche 911 2.7 Targa S. A semi-convertible, it is ideal for stylish summer driving and with an estimate sale price of between £20,000 and £24,000, it is presented as a great opportunity for affordable Porsche ownership.
One of the most iconic hot hatches of the 90s, a 1994 Renault Clio 2.0 16v Williams One is also expected to garner wide interest. Finished in Sports Blue Metallic, this model has been in the possession of its current owner for nine years, with just three previous owners in total from new. With a desirable low mileage of just 75,000 miles, as well as a personalised registration number ‘L55 RCW’, reflecting its limited edition number and model, it is expected to sell for between £4,500 and £6,000. Reported to be one of just 82 left licensed on the road in the UK, this modern classic packs a powerful punch.
A handsome 1952 Dodge Pilothouse Half Ton Pick Up Truck will also be going under the hammer, expecting to fetch between £20,000 and £22,000. Considered by many to be the finest and most advanced pickup of its day, this truck has recently had its upholstery refurbished and its paintwork is in superb condition throughout.
Auction Manager of CCA, Joe Watts, said: “The calibre of great value cars on offer in the April sale is sure to appeal to the tastes of any enthusiast. Our aim with CCA is to make buying a classic car as simple and hassle free as possible”.
Potential buyers are free to view lots from 9am on the sale day, with the auction starting at 2pm. Those unable to attend in person can also bid online, over the phone or by placing a commission bid prior to the sale.
