The third Aston Martin One-77 video is now available and is well worth a watch. I’m still not sure whether I like the looks (boggly front eye lights, a hugely overlong front end), but then it wouldn’t be the first supercar that either a) divides opinion or b) looks far better in the flesh than it ever does in pictures.
Delivery for the car starts in October 2009 – but sadly as there’s only going to be 77 of these ever made I’d be very surprised if you ever see one. Then again, with a 7.3 litre V12 you’ll certainly hear it!
Episode 3 of the video blog series considers some of the technical aspects of the engine, the aural quality, dyno tests, what happens when you press the ‘loud’ pedal, where the engine sits and more. It’s actually quite interesting – look out for future articles that consider similar aspects of other, more standard production cars.
