Toyota Motor Corporation announced a global recall campaigns for certain Toyota and Lexus models on 24th February.
These recalls do not affect right hand drive Toyota or Lexus models sold in the UK.
As part of these global campaigns, Toyota is preparing to voluntarily recall some left hand drive European Lexus RX models to address a potential issue with the fastening of the floor carpet cover.
Right hand drive models have a different floor carpet set-up and do not have the same potential issue.
