It seems us Brits are a sucker for a bargain – over 155,000 orders have been made for cars under the scrappage scheme, giving some lucky buyers a saving of more than £2,000 when purchasing a new car. Here’s the top ten list of the best selling manufacturers and cars under the scheme:

Notice a trend? They’re all small cars. Some of them are extremely small! So, where do that leave the larger car market? I’d assume in not a very good position.
